Not everyone realizes they’re setting a goal, but creating a mental expectation of any situation, big or small is actually the practice of setting a goal. Some people set goals expecting to fail, while others set goals they believe, without a doubt will come true. And here’s the thing… they’re both right! They both consistently achieve their goals, good or bad. But there is a significant difference between the two, and when you’re aware of the difference, you can alter your perspective, and start achieving more positive goals, and fewer negative ones.
