Somewhere in your dreams, do you ever find yourself visiting a place where your hopes are realized, your prayers answered and all your most fantastic wishes granted? Come on… be honest. Perhaps in your dream, a Fairy God-Mother is involved, or there’s a Genie granting you wishes. Maybe it’s simply a place where you come to embrace that what seems impossible is actually VERY possible. Whatever the place looks like in your mind, there’s no doubt that if we had the chance to interview anyone who spends time there, we’d discover that absolutely identical wishes are on everyone’s mind… no matter who they are.

All people want the same things. We want to have a life of balance, where there is adequate time spent on work and play. We want to be happy, to be seen as reasonably intelligent, and to be healthy. Look back over those four, would you agree you’d like balance, happiness, at least reasonable intelligence and health?

We want to have honest, real relationships with others and have an honorable income and financial picture. We also all want hope for tomorrow, a highly rewarding occupation and to know we’ve made a difference in this world, that we’ve served a purpose.

Check those five. Ditto for you? Would you like honest, truly close relationships with people who genuinely care about you? How about honorable finances? Would you like that? Would you like to have the excitement and joy that result from having hope and faith that tomorrow will be even better than today? How about an occupation that is highly rewarding, how about knowing you’ve made a difference?

See… we all want the same things! While they find different levels of importance at different points in our lives, I find the last one to be the most important as we get older and wiser. It’s really for that reason that I do what I do. More on that in a minute.

Three pieces of information are now crucial to share with you. The most vital is that you realizing your dreams is 100% doable! The most gripping thing to share is while each of us wants the same things, the way each of the things looks is as different as we are as individuals. And the most EXCITING thing to share is that there exists a place, several places in reality, where you can go to see these goals come to pass!

No matter where you are in life, your goal can become reality. I was once a penniless young mom involved in a painfully abusive marriage. I had no confidence and no self worth to speak of. And I sure didn’t think I would ever have any material possessions, let alone be able to provide the opportunity to others to have them. Well, here I am! I am living proof that dreams come true!

Let me tell you about Jeremiah as an example of dreams coming true. Jeremiah was a crack addict. He had no place to live and had been pulled into a gang-related lifestyle. He lived in a world most of us can never even imagine. In order to prove their ‘man-hood’ his fellow gang members were required to take the life of someone they knew. Many nights he went to sleep on a bed of cardboard on a concrete slab because he had no where else to lay his head. He went without food many, many times. Yet today Jeremiah is a thriving young man at the Dream Center in LA. Several of us met him during one of our Victory Vacations. His life has been completely transformed; his hopes built and now he gives others hope!

My idea of honorable income is different than it once was because now I know I’m capable of doing more. I also have learned that the more I make, the more people I can serve! This term, like so many others, is specific to your goal. If your goal for a highly rewarding career is to be a stay-at-home mom, your idea of honorable finances might be whatever you and your spouse come up with for savings or investments or home buying. If your goal is to be a strong leader in the business world, honorable income to you might be $100,000.00 per year. If you’re Jeremiah, your measurable for honorable finances would be to make enough to put food in your belly, a roof over your head and get help for your addictions.

The things we want in life are indeed the same, their appearance is the only thing that’s different, depending on where we are in life. But the cool thing is we all want the same things. This means we’re all the same and that makes helping each other attain our dreams that much easier. When you realize we all want the same things, you realize we are all the same!

I met Jeremiah in Hollywood, California, in one of the places where dreams really do come true. On a Victory Vacation, for several days and nights we got to witness the lives of those whose dreams are coming true. We met people again and again like Jeremiah, who are living, breathing examples of hopes fulfilled and prayers answered. And the Dream Center is one of the places that makes it happen.

Due to the Dream Center, homicides in the area are down 73%! 30 different neighborhoods get fed every single week and children who wouldn’t get medical attention or have clothes on their back get both. Due to the program offered there, thousands find those honest, real relationships they long for, the highly rewarding occupations, the balance and renewed love with their families, and hope!

There is no way to describe the joy and peace you encounter when serving in this place. Serving heals. It heals the one doing the serving and heals the one being served. Love cures. It cures the one loving and cures the one being loved. It’s hard to say who benefits most, but my gang told me they were blessed beyond description. There are truly places where dreams become reality. The Dream Center is one such place.

Another place where this happens is in my company. Our program and our facilities see lives restored everyday, but my personal favorite is the way I see hope built and goals achieved when I get to work with people one-on-one. While time constraints make it difficult to work closely with individuals on a regular basis, I am excited that I get to spend precious moments with you; I treasure them as some of life’s most wonderful.

I’m thrilled to offer group coaching once a month and occasionally host intimate get-togethers with those who want to spend extra time with me, building your personal plan to achieve your dreams.
