There is one thing you can do in your business and your income will increase immediately. It will. No maybes. It’s fun when I’m getting to teach people from the platform and I ask them, “What do you think that one thing is?” Well, right now, there are probably several things going through your mind. It’s probably going to surprise you.

The one thing is measure; simply measure. Watch the quantifiables. We’re going to take you inside our daily Stand Up Meeting in our facility, Fitness Solution 24/7, so you can see this in action. We’ll show you exactly how this works.

We have a board that our team writes on, where each person puts up what they’re forecasting to do for the day. Then the next day, they write what they actually did. For example, Jodi forecasted two sales on that particular date, and came in with one and a half. However, the next day, she forecasted two, and came in with four. The next day she forecasted one and came with one.

Our weeks just keep building. People kind of overshot their goal when they first started doing this, but then as the weeks passed, it became more and more clear that they set a number and usually come in right at that number. Your team’s numbers will increase, too, when you measure. Let’s listen in…

Marcia:

Okay, let’s first do where we’re at. 50 Total sales is the goal for the month. We’re only at 12. That’s sounds really bad, but if we can get six a day, that will help and we can pull that out. So we’ll make a plan today to help pull that out.

Fitness, our goal is 100 and we’re at 76. We only need five a day. Actually, five a day takes us over. Product, the goal is $14,000. We’re at $8,097. We only need $5,903 to hit the goal, which is $983 a day. So a couple Fit Quicks, or if we have a special on Monday, we’ll blow that away for sure.

Sunny:

Could we have a special on Fit Quick?

Marcia:

We could do that. Remind me and we’ll talk about that later. This is the season for Fit Quick. Warm weather has hit us and everybody wants to look better in their shorts and bathing suits, so we may just do that. PMRT, the goal is nine. We’re at actually 2.

Life Coaching, the goal is eight and Katie is at five already. Pink Gloves is zero, but we have a goal, we only need one, so if we hit that goal and they had a guy do a free session that wants to join, so we’ll have that. Their goal will be hit with that.

So today let’s just focus more on the book than appointments. Since the weather has been getting over 80 degrees, it’s affected our travel some, too, so we want to call. So now let’s put up what we did yesterday and what our goal is today for each individual. Jonathan.

Jon:

Yesterday, I had a goal of two and I operated at 200% capacity and got four. Now, wait, this is wrong. This is how I write it. We’ve got four, and then today I’m going to remain with my goal at four, because if I can do it yesterday, I can do it today.

Marcia:

Alright.

Debbie:

Yesterday my goal was 100, because it was very hot in the day, I did 146. Today I’m here all day, so 200 will be the new goal.

Suzy:

Okay, well, as you can see, Monday and Tuesday I beat my goals and then yesterday I was here in the morning and then I was sick and went home. My magic is two, so even though voicemail seems to be the…getting one person on the phone is like magic, and wonderful when you hear a voice. It’s the season, that’s why.

Jon:

Oh, that’s the highlight.

Sunny:

Okay, I was only here for three hours yesterday, so I set my goal at 50 and I only made 44.

Marcia:

You only missed it by $6, girl!

Sunny:

Monday I did good.

Punkin:

Yesterday my goal was three. I had one. Today is also three.

Jon:

You can do it, Punkin!

Jason:

Yesterday I had a fitness sale, at least half of one. Then I also got my flyer done yesterday with the help of Marcia, and today I’m going to try and get that out a couple places. Probably 50 in product today.

Marcia:

Jason made an awesome flyer, you guys. He’s doing the personal training and he’s thinking about this in a business sense. That would be awesome.

Okay, any prayer requests or praises?

Sunny:

My grandson. He’s had a rough time.

Marcia:

He’s got spring fever.

Sunny:

That and long hair.

Jon:

I had a praise, and it’s just, it’s kind of off-topic, but I’m going to be able to attend a Passover festival, which our Passover meal, and it’s just really cool for me. I love the Jews. I love every concept and aspect of the faith, and I’m super excited.

Sunny:

Jason, would you lead us?

Jason:

Lord, we just welcome you in here, and we just pray that your Spirit is over all of us, Lord, with us and with those that need your help, Lord. Just help us, guiding those that need you the most, Lord. We just pray that your healing hand is upon those that need healing, Lord. We thank you so much that you are a healer, Lord, and you’ve made tools and sent people to help heal us in whatever time frame you have for us, Lord. We just pray for patience and understanding and peace, Lord, and mostly for trust in you, Lord, that you’re going to take care of whatever it is that we need. We give you thanks and glory and honor today, Lord, for everything that you’re going to do. All the praises that we have for you, Lord, and all the praises that we’re going to have tomorrow and next week, and the week after that, Lord, we just give it all to you, in Jesus’ name.

All:

Amen.

Marcia:

One, two, three.

All:

We were born for this! I believe, with God first, together with a positive attitude, grateful heart, serving others, determination, education, and adherence to a plan, I can be anything I want to be!

You can see that a lot happens in these very short meetings. We set goals and watch if we hit them or not, we share our successes and challenges, we motivate and encourage each other, and we come together in prayer because that is the most important part of our business. The idea is that we are holding each other accountable, and I know that when you start doing this in your business, you are going to have soaring success!
