I’m working on one of my next books, Food Moods. It’s based on the philosophy I believe is true… that we are overweight or unhealthy not because of the food, but because of the reasons we run for the food… our “Food Moods”.
This book will prove the fact that most of us are emotional eaters and offer solutions. So, I have a food mood question.
