We can’t truly be physically healthy if we aren’t managing stress and making sure we are healthy in our mind. And we can’t have success in business and life, if we don’t have success with stress management and controlling our thoughts.
Stress and thinking are the common core elements. They affect everything. Physiological stress comes from food and the environment around us, but emotional and mental stress come from mindset (unless food triggers them). All of them come from choices and behavior…from THINKING!
Donna is happy to bring her knowledge of whole-life wellness and purpose-led profit to business-owners all over the country. This is a story worth telling and a message worth sharing.
